Parent Education Program

For parents/caregivers of children birth to kindergarten entry. SKIP provides a fun support network with parents of infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Parent Educators have helpful information and resource referral for additional services. The Parents As Teachers Program is used to provide age-appropriate information for each child. Parents may select from an array of services within the program including information on the development of each child, dental, vision, hearing, and developmental screenings, open gym times, play days, and parent programs. The SKIP Program is coordinated through the Genesee Intermediate School District. There are no income eligibility requirements and there is no cost to join.

SKIP has open enrollment throughout the school year for pre-natal until children enter kindergarten. If you or someone you know is interested, or would like to be added to our mailing list, please contact the Genesee Intermediate School District at 810-591-4480.

A FREE interactive program for parents and their children!
